Ava Rose Agency’s Food and Beverage Clients to Offer Special Thanksgiving Menus

LAS VEGAS, NV – Ava Rose Agency and their food and beverage client roster are offering an impressive lineup of Fall-inspired prix fixe and a la carte selections in light of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Burnt Offerings (3909 W Sahara Ave Suite 10, Las Vegas, NV 89102)

Burnt Offerings is rolling out a traditional Thanksgiving menu consisting of Fall favorites that just so happen to be kosher. The OU Kosher Certified Restaurant is offering both a prix fixe menu for dine-in as well as to-go options that can feed up to eight individuals. Standout dishes on the menu include a Half House-Smoked Turkey, Lamb Chops, a 40 oz. Tomahawk Ribeye, House-Smoked Brisket, Garlic Confit Mashed Potatoes, Candied Sweet Potatoes, and a selection of Homemade Pies for dessert. Mercato Della Pescheria located at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas inside the Grand Canal Shoppes is serving a la carte dinner specials in light of the Thanksgiving holiday. Diners can enjoy a Butternut Squash Ravioli ($24) made with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted Butternut Squash and Grana Padano in a Sage Brown Butter Sauce, or a Porchetta ($34) served with Carrot Puree, Roasted Vegetables and a Grained Mustard Sauce. JING Las Vegas’ Executive Chef Thomas Griese has curated a traditional a la carte Thanksgiving Day menu that steers away from the restaurant’s traditional Asian influence. Standout dishes on the menu include a Thanksgiving Salad ($12) made with Roasted Butternut Squash and a Pomegranate Vinaigrette, a Fall Pumpkin Risotto ($26) made with Sugar Pie Pumpkin Seeds and a Black Truffle Whip, a Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey Leg ($38) made with Japanese Chestnut and a Honey Cardamom Jus, as well as a House-Made Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake ($12) served with a Sea Salt & Caramel Ice Cream.
