Vodka Cocktails
4 Mint leaves, stems removed
¾ cup Fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
2 tbsp. Lime juice
4 oz. Vodka or clear rum (substitute with sparkling water for a mocktail version)
12 oz. Kombucha (we recommend GTS original or ginger)
Sparkling water (optional)
With a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice in a small bowl until the strawberries form a puree. You can also use a blender or food processor to make a smooth paste.
Allowing the drink to set enhances its sweetness and fruity flavor. Wait for 15 to 30 minutes before adding the ice to the drink.
