Japanese 135 Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz 135° East Gin
- 2 Bar Spoons Rhubarb Puree
- 4 Raspberries
- Top-up Elderflower Tonic
Preparation: Fill a wine glass with ice and pour in all the ingredients. Stir well and garnish with raspberries and sliced lotus root.
Winter Gin Fizz

Ingredients:
- 2 oz @135eastgin
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz winter spice syrup*
- Tonic water
Preparation: Shake and strain all ingredients except tonic. Strain into highball with ice. Top with tonic.
*Winter spice syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 1 star anise, 3 allspice berries
Preparation: Combine all in a Saucepan and bring to a simmer. Pull off heat and let cool, strain out spices.
Kaikyo Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz 135° East Gin
- 1 oz Italian Bitter
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into ice-filled Old Fashioned glass and stir. Garnish: Okinawa molasses and sesame seed roasted on the rim of the glass (and smoked under bell)
