Gran Coramino Tequila, founded by legendary entertainer and reputed ‘hardest working man in Hollywood,’ Kevin Hart, along with Juan Domingo Beckmann, 11th generation tequila-maker whose family has been making tequila for over 250 years and is essentially revered for a history of innovation to the category and creating the world’s first Cristalino, have set their sights on today’s often-underappreciated nightlife bartenders.
Both are masters of their respective crafts and joined together by a shared love and passion for tequila with a relentless dedication to hard work and exceptionally high standards. Last year the duo introduced Gran Coramino Tequila, available in two expressions, a Reposado Cristalino and an Añejo. Gran Coramino Reposado Cristalino is matured in Eastern European oak barrels, finished in California Cabernet wine casks and slow-filtered for smooth flavor and crystal-clear color. Gran Coramino Añejo is matured in both American and French oak barrels for 12 months and then blended with Añejo reserves matured in ex-cognac casks – delivering the complexity of an aged tequila, with a sweet and smooth cognac finish.
Cristalino is a relatively new expression to the category and one that Hart and Beckmann felt was a perfect spirit for the brand’s launch. After all, the brand’s motto is “hard work tastes different.” These two powerhouse individuals, together, are a partnership that can make an everlasting impact and build a legacy in the industry.
