In honor of World Gin Day on June 10th, we’ve compiled a list of unique bars and restaurants all over Las Vegas to celebrate with gin cocktail in hand.
CRUSH American Grill
Located in the heart of MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, this beloved restaurant showcases one of their signature cocktails, Punch, Drunk, Love; crafted with mint-infused Spring 44 Gin, Lillet Rosé, fresh watermelon juice and fresh lime juice.
CliQue Bar & Lounge
From this upscale cocktail lounge located inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas comes two beautifully crafted libations; Strawberry Fields and Watermelon Sugar. Strawberry Fields is made with Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol, lemon, fresh strawberry syrup, topped with bubbly Chandon and served in a champagne flute garnished with a sprig of fresh mint and a juicy strawberry ($19). Crafted right before your eyes is Watermelon Sugar, with Botanist Gin, a splash of lime juice, simple syrup, crushed watermelon, basil and pea flower that is chilled with a watermelon ice sphere.
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails
This hidden gem also located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a fully-functioning barbershop in the front, and a speakeasy style lounge in the back! Tucked behind an inconspicuous janitor’s door, they serve Prohibition-era inspired drinks, including two masterfully crafted gin-based cocktails; Ms. Marigold and Wild Orchid. Ms. Marigold has a base of Tanqueray gin mixed with aperol, blood orange juice and topped with prosecco ($18). The Wild Orchid is handcrafted with Botanist gin, creme de violette, lemon juice, egg white, lavender bitters, absinthe mist with a hibiscus rim.
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca
Located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, this restaurant is celebrating World Gin Day by serving up their signature Negroni Italiano, made with Botanist Gin, Campari and Martini Rossi reservation Rubino sweet vermouth.
Tailgate Social
This high-energy sports bar at Palace Station is celebrating with their Gin and Juice cocktail, featuring Bombay Sapphire, cucumber, completed with a sprig of mint and lime.
The Still
Located at the Mirage Hotel & Casino, this elevated sports bar invites guests to take flight and toast the holiday with the Aviation cocktail. The delectable cocktail is made with Botanist Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Creme de Violette, lemon juice, topped with Brandied cherries.
Proper Eats Food Hall
Within Proper Eats Food Hall inside ARIA Resort & Casino sits Proper Bar. Both designed to pair the various dining options within Proper Eats, Gin-Z is carefully crafted with Botanist gin, Aperol and Martini & Rossi Prosecco ($16). I Love You Mary Jane combines Bombay gin, fresh mint, agave and lemon for a refreshing sip in the stunning design of the hall.
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge
Also located within Proper Eats is Easy’s Cocktail Lounge; a moody cabaret lounge behind a secret entrance inside of a charming donut shop. 3 beautiful libations from this sweet secret at ARIA include: ‘Angel Eyes,’ crafted with Botanist gin and mixed with fresh cantaloupe juice, orgeat, lemon and Prosecco; ‘Long Live the Queen’ made with strawberry infused Bombay gin, lime, basil, simple syrup and topped with prosecco; and ‘Green Monk’ combines Bulldog gin, yellow chartreuse, honey, lemon and cucumber.
DAYLIGHT Beach Club
Spend this World Gin Day at Las Vegas’ hottest pool club and sip on refreshing gin cocktails with your friends. The Cucumber Cooler is made with Botanist gin, cucumber soda, muddled cucumber and a splash of fresh lime juice. DAYLIGHT’s Beautiful Long Island is made with Bombay gin, Hennessy VS cognac, Grand Mariner, Bacardi rum, fresh lemon juice and a splash of cola. Both cocktails are available by the pitcher, making them easily shareable.
Commonwealth
Found in Downtown Las Vegas is Commonwealth; a two-story industrial chic nightlife destination. Titled as a tribute to the bar’s location, the Fremont 525 is also a celebration of Commonwealth’s ten-year anniversary and is made with gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, bubbles, an elderflower float and garnished with a lemon peel.
Peyote
This retro Palm springs-inspired restaurant and patio located in Downtown Las Vegas is celebrating World Gin Day with their Bendecido cocktail; made with Principe de los Apostoles gin, Amaro Nonino, orange mint syrup, yerba mate and sage iced tea. This special cocktail was created as a tribute to a sacred Latin American herb known to increase vitality, courage and healing.
Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen
Located at 8245 W. Sahara Ave. at the Lakes near Summerlin, guests will feel as though they have been transported to Italy by sipping on the GB Gimlet, made with Ford’s Gin, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh cucumber, basil and a splash of lime; a Negroni, made with Hendrick’s gin, Campari and Antica Ricetta; or the Botanica, made with Malfy Gin, Ramazzotti Roato, lavender bitters and Fever Tree aromatic tonic.
Top of the World
Located over 800 feet above Las Vegas within The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod, this fun restaurant pours up its Clover Club cocktail, made with Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, Cocchi Americano Rosa, lemon, raspberry, rosé and topped with raspberry foam.
